Detailed Description

Annotate a chromatogram layer with ID data (from an OSW sqlite file as produced by OpenSwathWorkflow or pyProphet). The OSWData is loaded from a file selected by the user via a file-dialog.

loads the OSWData from filename and stores the data using Layer::setChromatogramAnnotation() Always returns true (unless an exception is thrown from internal sub-functions)
